Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

FXBubble ("FXBubble", "we", "our", or "us") provides a forex market visualization and analysis platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about users of the Service.

Our primary objective is to operate and improve FXBubble in a reliable, secure, and sustainable way. To achieve this, we process information about you for purposes that are necessary to run the Service, protect FXBubble and its users, and develop new features and offerings.

If FXBubble is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We may share information with third parties when you give us your explicit consent, such as when you connect FXBubble with another service or participate in joint promotions.

We may use, publish, or share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you for any purpose, including analytics, research, and improving or promoting FXBubble.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 9. International Data Transfers

FXBubble is operated from the United States and may use service providers and infrastructure located in other countries. As a result, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.

Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information in connection with such transfers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and any other jurisdiction in which we or our service providers operate, and you acknowledge that your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to websites, tools, or services that are not operated by FXBubble. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by displaying a banner in the Service or sending you an email).

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Service.

FXBubble does not "sell" your personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA, nor do we knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your California privacy rights, you may contact us using the methods described in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

15. Limitation of Liability for Privacy Matters

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FXBubble and its owners, developers, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy, the Service, or any unauthorized access to or use of your information.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Where such rights can be limited, you agree that our total aggregate liability relating to any privacy or data protection claim will not exceed the amounts you have paid to FXBubble, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
